Current Swell is thrilled to announce that we will be performing a special online streaming Concert to benefit two charitable foundations close to our heart. Through our music and fan community we will be raising money and awareness for the The BC Paraplegic Association and Life Rolls On. Both are fantastic charities that assist people with Spinal Chord injuries. One of Current Swell's best friends lived with a spinal chord injury for a few years, opening our eyes to the challenges faced by people with these type of problems. Seeing one of our best friends with this injury had a profound affect on the band, helping show us where we could help and make a difference and inspired our new song "Brad's Song" which will be featured on our upcoming album due out in the late fall.

We are thrilled that our music has reached fans from across the globe, and we know we may not be able to make it to your home town for a gig in the near future but we would like to present the opportunity to watch the band live on the internet for a great cause. Please keep in mind that we would like to raise funds to help these great organizations in making a difference, and if a lot of people each just give a little, we will together have made a big contribution.

The concert itself will run for about 1 hour at a beautiful outdoor setting on Vancouver Island. No big lights, back drops or fans, just the band playing in an intimate setting showcasing the beauty of the island.
